Where are you located?

We are based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, UK.

How long have you been capturing weddings?

White Oak Media first started filming weddings in 2002.

How much is it to book your services?

There is a £50 booking fee for our services to secure your date and package.

When is our balance due?

Your balance is due 14 days before your wedding day.

When will I receive the finished project?

We will deliver your wedding film 6-8 weeks after your special day. Your wedding photos will be delivered between 4-6 weeks

What equipment do you use?

We use the latest 4K DSLR Panasonic cameras, DJI wireless microphones and a DJI 4K Drone.

Will there be a meeting before the wedding?

Yes, we like to have a planning meeting two weeks before the wedding date. This can be done in person, online or over the phone.

Are you insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance for £5,000,000 and commercial drone filming insurance.

Are you qualified to fly your drone?

Yes, I have a drone pilot’s certificate of competence to fly A2 category drones

Can we choose our own music?

Yes, we use your song choices to creatively edit your film. We prefer to have 5-6 songs if possible.

How will our finished product be delivered?

Your wedding photos or film will be delivered via the VidFlow delivery platform. You can view this on your smart TV, Tablet, Mobile and Desktop. You can download and share your special moments with ease. All files will be in 4K resolution. You can also have your product delivered via USB if you wish.
